Returns and Cancellations
You may cancel an order and request a full refund as long as it has not been shipped out. Once an order has been shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.. After your order has been cancelled. you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please don't hesitate to reach out.
