Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 5 business days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping

We package and ship your order as soon as possible. If you need to modify your order, please contact us at contact@shopscreenbuddies.com. Please note that we are unable to make any changes once your order has been shipped.

Domestic: Orders typically arrive within 5-8 business days. We offer flat rate shipping within the United States with full tracking.

International: We offer flat rate shipping internationally. Orders typically arrive within 12-18 business days, depending on the country. Your order will be delivered to your country via USPS, then transferred to your local postal service. Full tracking is available for most countries.

Please be advised that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Please note that Screen Buddies does not collect the VAT and/or taxes. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered by you in order for your package to clear customs.

 

Tracking order status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@shopscreenbuddies.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Q: My tracking info says my order was delivered, but I haven't received anything.

USPS sometimes marks packages as "delivered" while they are still on the truck, so please wait a day or two for it to show up before reaching out to us at contact@shopscreenbuddies.com.
